in fact, Cust-Plus isn't necessary to create this, the "VR Customize" mode is include in the japanese version of VOOT, but you can't play with'em more than a test match against the VR you created. If you have the american version, you can find the image of the "5.66 customization disc" quite easily, it also enables you to customize your VR, and it adds the 3 new ones from the 5.66 version of VOOT but you just can't play at all, only customize

booting the game (only the US version) with Cust-plus will enable you to play the arcade mode with your customs VRs, and to play a test match if you boot the 5.66 customization disc with cust-plus, that enables you to play with Apharms C, Stein Vok and 10/80 Sp.
